Alan’s car is in the shop so Charlie has to take him to work. Charlie heads inside to pee but sees Alan’s lovely receptionist Melissa. Alan tells him not to woo her because she is the best assistant he’s ever had. Charlie doesn’t listen and winds up bringing her home. He tells Alan that it’s going to be different this time, he’ll take some time to get to know her. However, 98 minutes later he has already brought her back to bed. Charlie asks her back but eventually breaks up with her. Melissa is obviously upset and demands several benefits from Alan in order to stay on as his assistant.
