Overall this week’s episode of the Simpsons was a decent episode. The episode had some laughs but it really wasn’t that memorable. This episode truly showed that after 20 seasons, The Simpsons tends to run out of storyline ideas at times. The Simpsons is starting to really have more and more hit or miss type episodes now that the show is in it’s 20th season. This episode was more miss than hit in my opinion.
In this episode Lisa finds a new friend named Juliet. They end up sharing a wild imagination and create their own world named Equaltopia. They soon become obsessed with their new world and spend all their time in there. When it starts affecting her schoolwork, Marge doesn’t let Lisa see Juliet any longer. They end up running away and hide out in an abandoned fast food restaurant. When the bullies show up and lock them in cages, Lisa decides that Equaltopia is just a fantasy world and she needs to just live in the real world. When they get out, Juliet continues to live in the fantasy world while Lisa snaps out of it and returns to the real world.
Probably the funniest moment of the night was the coach gag. This week’s couch gag was the Simpsons on their couch as a toy in Comic Book Guy’s store. He also mentioned that he thought it was the worst couch gag ever.
Quotes:
Comic Book Guy: “Worst couch gag ever.”
Comic Book Guy: “Oh my chi.”
Lisa: “You’re definitely doing the book on tape.”

Hmmmm that’s cool. :)
The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
