Ricky’s Father Returns: Ricky’s father shows up in town. He meets Amy and the family and tells them that he will help them support the baby since he knows Ricky won’t help out. He also says that Ricky made up lies about him abusing him. Ricky ends up getting a restraining order against his father when he confronts him during a date. While I thought Ricky could be making it up how bad his dad truly was, but when his father actually told him about possibly selling his baby you can tell that Ricky’s father is truly as bad as he said he was. I have never been a big fan of Ricky but you truly do have to feel at least a little sorry for him. Obviously his father is a jerk if he can even think about selling his grandchild.
Amy Thinks About Adoption: Even though Amy wants to keep the baby she starts thinking about giving up the baby for adoption. She realizes that another family could provide better for the baby.She wants to think about adoption but Ben and Ricky don’t want her to think about it. They think she should keep the baby since that is what she truly wants.
Adrian and Ricky: Adrian finds out about Ricky’s father being in town. Adrian’s father tries to convince her that Ricky doesn’t really love her but Adrian won’t listen to him.
Jack Becomes a Mentor: Jack decides to continue to help out other people. He ends up dciding to be a mentor for a child in a troubled neighborhood.
