Recap: Leonard has to work late over the course of a few weeks so Sheldon doesn’t have a ride for the morning. He gets Penny to drive him because she said she was his friend. However, he quickly annoys her as well as Howard and Raj. The gang stages an intervention and they demand that he learns how to drive. Even though he has a fear of driving, he tries using a simulator. However, it turns out that he is a horrible driver. Sheldon thinks he’s too evolved for driving and he never gets his license. He just sleeps in his office instead.

Review: This show definitely hasn’t disappointed in its second season. Sheldon was even more irritating this week than usual but that actually made for several funny moments. How could you not love him playing his element naming game by himself or crashing into just about everything when he was using the driving simulator?

Favorite Quotes:

Sheldon (about his bed sheets): “I don’t like the way Darth Vader stares at me.”

Leonard: “Sheldon, sit down.”

Penny: “Yeah and I never wanted to kick Albert Einstein in the nuts.”

DMV Worker: “Here’s your learner’s permit, go away.”

Sheldon: “I’m clearly too evolved for driving.”
