Mac doesn’t like the high gas prices and wants to help take down the oil companies. As the brains of the operation (Dennis is the looks and Charlie is the “wildcard”), he will help solve the gas crisis. He wants to buy gas, store it in the bar, and when the prices go up, sell it. Dee finds out that Bruce Mathis is about to give all of her and Dennis’ money to a Muslim community center. Dee lets slip that she was planning on “eliminating” Dennis so he won’t help.
Charlie, Dennis, and Mac go to the bank for a business loan but look incredibly foolish. Their loan application is obviously denied. All three go shirtless to try to flirt with the bank employee but they are just thrown out of the place. Frank gets some intel on where Bruce is living now and he spies on the place with Dee. They think they see Bruce come outside (its just some random guy) and try to take some pictures of him before driving away.
Charlie, Mac, and Dennis fill up garbage cans with gas. The gas station clerk tells them they can’t do that so they start filling up the car tank and have Charlie siphon it out when they get back to the bar. Since they are losing money just driving back and forth, Mac comes up with a new plan. Gas already went up seven cents since they started so they try to return it to the gas station for a profit but this obviously doesn’t work.
Frank and Dee break into the place they think Bruce lives. Dee plants some bomb materials (she plans to call the cops and get her money back as a reward) while Frank hides a bug (which is just a baby monitor). Dee lets slip that she was planning on offing Frank as well so she could have the money all to herself.
Charlie, Mac, and Dennis sell gas near the gas station. Mac blows a fireball and as the wildcard, Charlie has to as well. Unfortunately he winds up burning Mac’s head and his head has to be taped up (this makes him look like a Muslim and this is key for later in the episode).
Since things aren’t working well for the three, Dennis thinks he should be both the looks and the brains while Mac can be the muscle. As the new brains of the operation, Dennis thinks they should sell the gas door-to-door. They will need Frank’s “rape van” for this. “Bruce” finds the baby monitor and Frank thinks Dee is setting him up (since she has already admitted she planned to kill him). A “Muslim guy” (Mac) steals the van and Frank is now sure that Dee is behind this.
Dennis and Charlie start selling the gas door-to-door but things don’t go well and the cops are called on them. Mac wants to go back to the original plan and just store the gas in the bar. Frank starts torturing Dee. She admits anything he wants just so he will stop. Dennis tells Frank that they took the van so Frank backs off. Mac realizes that they haven’t been working with their full team, Frank is the muscle (Dee is the “useless chick”).
With their new fourth member, a new plan is hatched. Frank will torture Bruce like he did Dee then the gang will turn him in and collect their reward. However, wildcard Charlie for some reason cuts the brakes of the van and since the gas is still in it, everybody has to jump out before it explodes. It explodes right in front of “Bruce’s” apartment (the group had destroyed the poor guy’s car several times before and the explosion sets it on fire).
