Claire
After Sylar takes her ability Claire is shaken. Claire also doesn’t feel any pain anymore (she used to feel pain). Since she doesn’t feel any pain anymore she thinks that is the last string and she doesn’t even feel human anymore. Claire ends up returning to her movie making days and actually tries getting hit by a train but Future Peter saves her. HRG returns home after the jailbreak (see below). Claire wants to go with him to catch all the escaped villains but HRG makes her stay home with her family and her biological mother (sent to protect them).
Future Peter and Angela
Angela has a future vision of all the heroes dead thanks to the villains of the season. Angela blames everything that happened on Peter since when he changed the future he set up all the events that lead to the villains escaping.
Mohinder and Maya
Mohinder returns home and shows off all his abilities (strength and agility) to Maya. While concerned at first, his abilities impress Maya enough that he ends up getting her into bed with him. Mohinder starts having reactions to the injection and starts having growths grow on his back.
Matt
Poor old Matt is still stuck in the desert. He ends up passing out. Matt meets a local tribesman who leads him back to his village. He tells Matt that he needs to take a spirit walk. The man also lets Matt that he knows who he is and that he can paint the future.
Sylar and the Villains
Some of the companies agents try to subdue Sylar but since he has Claire’s ability their attempts fail. Meanwhile at the company Elle wants to catch Sylar but Bob won’t let her. Sylar head to the company and starts wrecking havoc. He kills Bob and then proceeds to sector five where the 12 most dangerous villains of all time are held. Elle and HRG try to stop him. He is about to kill both of them when Elle’s electrical power goes haywire and Sylar is knocked out. All the prisoners are able to escape though. Angela takes over the company (since Bob died) and fires Elle since she thinks she is incompetant. Sylar is subdued (and Angela starts brainwashing him) but the escaped villains run wild. It turns out that one of the escaped villains is actually the present day Peter trapped in one of the prisoner’s bodies (thanks to future Peter).
Hiro and Ando
Hiro has a bunch of detectives search the office in order to find fingerprints of the woman who stole the formula. The woman is named Daphne and she lives in Paris. Hiro and Ando teleport to Paris and see that her apartment is filled with artifacts that she must have stolen from museums around the world. While waiting for Daphne to return home Hiro tells Ando that he becomes evil in the future. Hiro starts to not trust Ando with anything since he doesn’t know when Ando is going to become evil. Hiro comes up with a plan to catch Daphne. He ends up putting a tracker on one of Daphne’s medals. Daphne shows up and Hiro tries to exchange the medal for the formula but Daphne takes both and cuts Ando. With the tracker they know that she went to Germany and that she is there to find the second half of the formula.
Nathan and Tracy
A woman named Tracy (that looks just like Nicky) meets with the governor and tries to get him to try and get Nathan to take a junior senator position. When Tracy heads to meet Nathan a reporter confronts her and shows her a picture of Nicky’s hooker days and asks her about it. She has no idea who Nicky is so she just leaves. Tracy meets with Nathan and Nathan thinks she is Nicky. Nathan doesn’t know if he should take the position or not so he consults with Linderman (he is imagining that he is there with him). Nathan ends up taking the position. Tracy returns to her office and is met by the reporter again. This time he has the video of Nathan and Nicky sleeping together. This gets Tracy upset and she ends up freezing the reporter and he shatters to death.
