Carriage Inn (North Kingstown, Rhode Island): This banquet hall has reports of many different apparitions including a girl who is badly burned and a woman in old period clothing. There are also reports of brothel women and a little boy who tries to tell everyone that his father didn’t commit a crime he was convicted for.
Jason and Grant check out the place where the brothel women are supposedly seen. They hear a very clear child’s voice right across from where Grant is sitting. A little while later they get another distinctive voice. I’m not convinced this is paranormal. I believe both times Jason had just walked by a speaker that was in the room. I’m wondering if the voices may be a trick similar to the episode earlier in the season. Obviously it could still be paranormal it was just something I noticed.
Kris and Kristyn check out the dining room and hears what sounds like an uneven chair on a hardwood floor. However, the place they think it is coming from is carpeted. They also think they hear something similar to a drum in the attic. They chase up there but no more sounds are heard.
Jason and Grant head to the basement and find some very high EMFs in the wiring. The wiring leads right up to where the badly burned girl is seen. Jason gets a thermal hit and since there are no reflective surfaces around he thinks it is paranormal. It is such an odd shape though that I highly doubt that.
Steve and Tango sit in the banquet area and see a very creepy shadow on the walls. Steve heads outside to see if walking around can create these shadows. It is a complete match and it can even look like there are “ten of him.” This could definitely explain the brothel women.
Evidence: Someone banging or walking in the basement is picked up on audio. Jason and Grant’s two voices in the banquet hall were also picked up. One sounds like a little girl and while TAPS thinks it says “Daddy, are you here,” I think it sounds like “what is it?” The other one is much longer and definitely not the same voice. However, it isn’t decipherable. Jason’s thermal hit is also brought up. He thinks there is definitely paranormal activity going on.
Stiteler House (Groton, Connecticut): The family is concerned about a very black and odd entity that their son first saw. Since then everyone else has seen it as well. Also, toys in the kid’s room always go off at 3 AM, even one that doesn’t have batteries in it.
Jason and Grant start off by telling the entity to leave. Steve and Tango find a high EMF throughout the living room. It is definitely possible that the family could be getting sick from this room and then start seeing things in other rooms. Jason and Grant check out the toys and find out that many of them are sensitive to the touch.
Evidence: No evidence is recorded since the house didn’t really seem haunted at all. Jason and Grant provide the family with a lot of possible non-paranormal explanations for what is happening.
