- Question 1 (1st Grade Music): “Which of the following patriotic songs contains the lyrics, “Let freedom ring?” A. Yankee Doodle, B. America, C. You’re a Grand Old Flag” They peek at Jenna’s paper right off the bat. She thinks it is B so they go with that answer. They are correct.
- Question 2 (2nd Grade Grammar): “True or false? In the English language, every grammatically correct sentence must contain at least one word with a capital letter.” They go with true and are correct.
- Question 3 (2nd Grade Measurements): “Jenna has a subscription to a magazine that comes every other week. How many issues of the magazine will she receive over the course of eight weeks?” They know the answer is 4 and are correct.
- Question 4 (1st Grade U.S. Geography): “What is the name of the bridge shown in the following picture?” Obviously you won’t be able to answer this question but it is the Golden Gate Bridge. The twins go with that answer and are correct.
- Question 5 (3rd Grade Animal Science): “In terms of average size, what is the largest species of penguin?” They long in with “emperor penguin” and are correct.
- Question 6 (4th Grade Math): “When 17 is divided by 3, the remainder is “R.” What is the remainder when 13 is divided by “R?”" They guess 1, which is the correct answer.
- Question 7 (4th Grade English): “Which of the following is an example of an oxymoron? A. Peanut Gallery, B. Rhyme Time, C. Living Dead” They go with C and are once again correct.
- Question 8 (3rd Grade U.S. History): “What automotive company introduced a car called the Model T in 1908?” The twins lock in with Ford and are correct.
- Question 9 (5th Grade Science): “In the radio frequency abbreviation “AM,” the “A” stands for the word amplitude, what word does the “M” stand for?” They decide to drop out of school with their $175,000. The answer was modulation.
Jeri Chandler (mother of quintuplets):
- She is allowed to pick from the normal class or her kids that are all in college.
- Question 1 (1st Grade Health): “What joint in the human body connects the foot to the leg?” She goes with ankle and is correct.
- Question 2 (1st Grade Spelling): “What word in this question comes first alphabetically?” She correctly says alphabetically.
- Question 3 (2nd Grade Earth Science): “True or false? All plants have flowers.” She goes with false and is correct.
- Question 4 (2nd Grade Math): “How many sides does a quadrilateral have?” She locks in with 4 and is correct again.
