S3.E13 “The Art of the Deal” (2/18/08) (Season Finale): Michael, Whistler, Mahone, and McGrady escaped from Sona. T-Bag becomes the new leader of Sona. Sucre lands in Sona after he refuses to reveal Michael’s whereabouts. Mahone is in league with Whistler and Susan B. Anthony. Michael is hell-bent on revenge against The Company but Lincoln and LJ are just happy to be given a chance to start over.

S4.E1 Scylla (9/1/2008): Full Episode Recap. Michael finds out that Sara is still alive after he busts on of Gretchen’s and Whistler’s plans. Michael eventually finds Sara and they are reunited. Whistler ends up being killed when he tries to tell Michael about a plan to take down the company.  Michael, Sara, Lincoln, Sucre, Mahone, and Bellick are roped into helping a FBI agent (Donald) bring down the company.

S4.E2 Breaking and Entering (9/1/2008): Full Episode Recap. Michael’s gang gets another member named Roland who is a computer expert. There first job is to retrieve a data chip named Scylla. They successfully retrieve the chip but determine that there are five other similar chips that they need to get in order to get all the company’s data. Meanwhile Wyatt (killer hitman) determines that Michael and Lincoln aren’t actually in prison and ends up kidnapping Bruce Bennett and Gretchen. Meanwhile T-Bag makes his way back to the US and ends up eating a person along the way.

S4.E3 Shutdown (9/8/2008): Full Episode Recap. The gang has to break into a server building in order to retrieve some emails in order to find the holder of the second Scylla card. The government is about to pull the plug on the operation until Michael gets a picture of all the cardholders. Mahone tries to track down the man who killed his family. Wyatt kills Bruce Bennett. T-Bag pursues a job at the Gate Corporation.

S4.E4 Eagles and Angels (9/15/2008): Full Episode Recap. The gang goes undercover as police officers in order to copy one of the Scylla cards from one of the carholders while they are attending a charity event. Sara sulks after hearing about Bruce’s death. Wyatt ends up finding her and follows her home. T-Bag gets settled in to his new job at the Gate Corporation.

S4.E5 Safe and Sound (9/22/2008): Full Episode Recap. In this episode the gang has to copy a card that is kept in a safe in a federal building. With Don’s help the group is able to copy the third card. Mahone starts closing in on Wyatt. T-Bag is threatened by a Chineese man and needs to give him Scylla in a couple days or he will be killed. Gretchen escapes from Wyatt’s torture chamber.
