
24 S7.E5 “12:00 PM-1:00 PM” (1/19/09): Jack and Tony continue their work undercover by helping the terrorists capture Motobo by gassing him out of his safe room. Renee tries to stop them and is captured in the process. Jack is tasked with killing and burying her but Jack fakes shooting her. Meanwhile the president decides to continue with the invasion of Sangala. Finally Henry is drugged by his secret service agent who plans on framing him for murder. Eric’s Thoughts
24 S7.E3 and E4 “10:00-11:00 AM” and “11:00 AM-12:00 PM” (1/12/09): After interrogating (torturing) Tony, Jack finds out that he is actually undercover with Bill and Chloe in order to take down the terrorists and some traitors in top positions of the US government. Jack breaks Tony out of FBI custody and goes undercover with Tony inside the terrorist group. Their first job is to kidnap the former president of Sangala, Ule. Meanwhile Renee and the FBI try to track down Jack and Tony. Renee ends up torturing one of Tony’s “fellow terrorists” in order to find out about the kidnapping plot of Ule. President Taylor debates whether to pull troops away from Sangala when she is thretened by Dubaku to either withdraw or he will use the device to attack the US. Finally Henry finds out that his son was indeed murdered and was also framed for insider trading. Eric’s Thoughts
24 S7.E1 and E2 “8:00-9:00 AM” and “9:00-10:00 AM” (1/11/09): Jack is put on trial for everything that happened in the previous six seasons. His trial doesn’t last long though since the FBI brings Jack in to track down Tony Almeida who not only avoided death but now runs a local terrorist cell. Jack and Renee (a FBI agent) track down Tony and capture him. Meanwhile President Taylor debates whether to use military action in order to stop the slaughter in Sangala. Finally the first gentleman, Henry investigates the supposed suicide of his son. Eric’s Thoughts
“24: Redemption”: Jack is hiding out in Africa avoiding a subpoena to appear before the U.S. Senate about torture charges. A coup d’etat hits the country and young boys are kidnapped and forced to fight. Jack helps his mentor Carl Benton (who is now a missionary) get the local kids out of the country. Benton is killed but Jack manages to successfully get the kids out of the country. However, Jack has to surrender himself to the U.S. government in order to ensure the kids are safe. Meanwhile, Allison Taylor, the first female president is inaugurated. Chris Whitley, a friend of her son, stumbles upon a conspiracy headed by the evil Jonas Hodges.
