Just awhile ago I reviewed the original British “Life on Mars” and loved it. Still, I was worried about the American version because other than “The Office” this country doesn’t have a very good track record with British remakes. Luckily, “Life on Mars” is one of the exceptions. I’d say they are equals with each show doing certain things better than the other.
