I’ve had some good luck with British shows released by Acorn Media so I was hoping this Canadian crime drama would be more of the same. I didn’t have a lot of experience with Canadian dramas other than the occasional import to America (a few episodes of “Flashpoint” and Blood Ties”) so I wasn’t sure if I would like “Murdoch Mysteries” or not. After watching the 13 episodes, my reaction was pretty mixed.
