Overall I found this to be a pretty boring episode of Greek. I don’t know why but none of the storylines really interested me. While I usually enjoy the shenanigans of Kappa Tau I really didn’t find them that funny this week. Meanwhile the ZBZ’s were their boring selves. If you feel the same or totally different than I do feel free to leave a comment with your thoughts. Let’s take a close look at the storylines of this week’s episode:
The ZBZ National Convention: Casey, Ashleigh, and Frannie all head to the national convention for the ZBZ’s. While at the convention Frannie tries to get the rule that she can’t run for president again overturned. THey both end up competing in order to win over council members so they get their way on the situation. It comes down to one final vote which belongs to Tegan. Tegan agrees to give Casey her vote if she convinces Lizzie to quit her position (she is annoyed by her). Casey gets Lizzie to quit but after speaking with an older ZBZ member she realizes that her integrity is more important than winning the vote. She ends up convincing Lizzie to come back and she ends up losing the vote.
The Nerd Party: Meanwhile the physics department is having a hard time finding a place to hold their annual party. Kappa Tau is having their own problems when the firemarshall makes them fix some violations or their house will be shut down. They end up making a compromise when Kappa Tau agrees to host the party in exchange for cash. While the party is tame at first the nerds go wild after they get drunk. I personally have a hard time believing this since I don’t think people that are socially awkward would all of a sudden go wild. For example Dale and his wildly conservative values go out the door when he gets drunk and ends up waking up the next morning without his clothes on. Meanwhile Cappie worries about Max after he finds out that Max is going out with Casey. Kappa Tau’s house is trashed but to make up for what they did, the physics students help fix up the house so they pass all the violations.
Calvin and Evan Go Wild: In a very brief storyline, Evan and Calvin end up cheating on their current partners on a wild night out on the town.
