Theodore’s and Smith’s (Springfield, Massachusetts): The team heads to Steve’s hometown to investigate a place he visits often, Theodore’s and Smith’s. The fifth floor has reports of voices, random sounds, and even pool and bowling sounds. The billiards room has the entity of a small child and the basement also has a figure.

Jason and Grant start in the billiards room and quickly get activity. Grant sees something short run right to left. Both see lots of lights get blacked out. At one point, Jason gets really cold and Grant also feels the cold spot. Both also think they hear the scoring beads above moving on many occasions. Jason sees a very clear entity and when he heads over to the are he saw it, he also hears footsteps.

Steve and Tango check out the fourth floor. Both see something black with a bit of white move by. It could be a bat but Steve thinks its unlikely. Kris and Kristyn investigate the fifth floor and both see something block out the light. Kristyn feels a breeze then both feel a second one. Jason and Grant end the night in the storage room. There they hear a quiet voice that when played back is quite loud.

Evidence: Along with tons of personal experiences, the team gets a thermal hit (it definitely didn’t look like a reflection this time). The voice Jason and Grant heard in the storage room appears to be saying “welcome to Theodore’s” in a very deep voice that Grant compares to something out of a horror film.

Leblanc House: The house is rather big and has had a ton of activity from voices to figures of a child and an adult. The basement has apparitions that will interact with you (move towards you). The kitchen has voices, knocks, and a little kid walking around and giggling. The door in the spare room opens by itself.

Kris and Kristyn start off in the basement. Kris sees something out of the corner of her eye but realizes that it is very easy to see “shadows” that are really just normal items. Steve and Tango check out the door in the spare room and find that it doesn’t open very easily.

Jason and Grant find huge EMFs in the kitchen. This could be the cause of some of the paranoia. Jason gets a thermal hit that I really don’t think is anything paranormal. The two end the night by playing a prank on poor Tango. Since the household has a ton of Halloween props and such, Jason dresses up as Freddy and really scares Tango.

Evidence: The team does present the weak thermal evidence. They also have an audio clip from the spare room. Steve and Tango spent a minute debating whether the door opened or closed. The clip seems to be a voice saying “the door opened,” which is exactly what happened to the client. Another audio clip was caught and this one may be the oddest the team has ever gotten. It sounds like heavy breathing followed by coughs and wheezing. This was caught in an area that had extensive fire damage so it could have been someone that died there.
