The Morans:
Pamela gets up during the night and she sees Chase fighting with Steve (one of his fellow Delta Force members). Denise asks him about what they were fighting about but Chase can’t tell her. The next night the military shows up and arrests Chase. Pamela heads to the police station to try and get more information but no one tells her anything. Pamela also sees the wives of several other Delta Force members. Pamela heads over to Carla’s house (the Delta Force wife with all the nice things) and finds her house ransacked. Carla tells Pamela that the army police ransacked the house looking for artifacts since their husbands are all being charged with stealing stuff from Iraq and selling it for a profit.
Pamela finally gets to see Chase but Chase refuses to tell her anything about why he is in jail. This upsets Pamela since she wants him to finally be able to tell him the truth. Pamela decides to chek out her house to see if Chase is indeed involved in the smuggling. Chase is eventually released. He tells Pamela that he was actually working undercover in order to catch Steve trying to smuggle goods. Pamela tells Chase that he needs to be more honest with her in the future.
Denise:
Roland meets Denise and tells her that he has heard about her and Getty. He tells Denise that he also faced the same thing when he cheated on Joan. He tells Denise that it is a slippery slope and the best thing would be to try and avoid him. Denise starts avoiding Getty. Denise ends up telling Getty that she can’t see him anymore because she can’t be tempted to cheat on Frank. A couple days later a patient is brought into the hospital and dies. Getty takes it hard and Denise tries to comfort him. This leads to Getty kissing her. Denise ends up running out of the hospital.
The Holdens:
Claudia Joy (CJ) meets with the doctor to get a blood test. It turns out that CJ thought she was pregnant. The test comes back negative. CJ is happy since she thinks it is to late to have another child. CJ ends up packing up all her old baby stuff and gives it to Joan. CJ and Michael talk about the possibility of having another child (Michael wants another, CJ doesn’t). This ends up leading to a fight. CJ and Michael eventually agree that a baby is not the best thing for either of them at the present day. The Burtons thank the Holdens for all their help getting them ready for their new baby, that they ask them to be their daughter’s god parents. They both end up accepting.
The LeBlancs:
Roxie hires a new waitress named Sandy. It turns out that Sandy is a very flirty waitress.Trevor quickly realizes this when Sandy keeps flirting with him. Sandy tries to flirt with Trevor again and Trevor tells her to stop. Roxie catches her trying to flirt with Trevor and she fires her. A couple days later Roxie is surprised when a lawyer shows up serving her with a lawsuit. Sandy is suing her for wrongful termination. Roxie asks CJ for legal help. CJ tells Roxie that Sandy is just trying to get money out of her so she needs to find something on Sandy that will stop the lawsuit. Roxie ends up getting Sandy to drop the lawsuit when she presents Sandy with an ultimatem. Roxie found out that Sandy scammed several people in the past so she won’t press criminal charges if Sandy drops the lawsuit. Sandy ends up dropping the lawsuit.
The Burtons:
After school Roland talks with one of her students (Jessica). He has the door closed (since it is a personal matter). They are done talking and Jessica hugs Roland for his help. The principal walks in on them talking and thinks something is up. Roland reassures him that nothing is up. Roland meets with Jessica and we find out that she is gay and she doesn’t know what to do. She loves a woman but with the army’s don’t ask don’t tell policy she has to either give up her future army career or the woman she loves. Roland tells her to wait and see what transpires.
The next day Roland is called into the principal’s office where he is told that he is being fired for inappropriate conduct with a student. Roland tries to explain himself but the principal won’t listen unless Roland tells him what he discussed with Jessica. Roland refuses to tell him so he is fired. Jessica finds out about Roland being fired and she tells him that she will just tell the principal the truth. Roland refuses to let her give away her future for his job. When Joan finds out she tries to get Roland to fight for his job but he isn’t willing to ruin Jessica’s life in order to get his job back.
Roland is eventually given his job back when Jessica tells the principal about being gay. Roland asks the principal if he is going to report Jessica being gay to the army. He says that is the only thing he could do. Roland eventually gets him to keep it quiet by showing him that Jessica being gay doesn’t affect her army future.
